ISLAND
FOR
ITS 88th ANNUAL MEETING
AND CONVENTION
TAU
EPSILON RHO LAW SOCIETY
will hold its 88th Annual National Convention and
Membership Meeting at the HILTON SINGER ISLAND OCEANFRONT RESORT located
at
3700 North Ocean Drive
on
Singer Island
,
Florida
, from December 27, 2008 through January 1, 2009. This year’s fabulous room
rate is $155.00 per night single or double occupancy. There are
also a very limited number of “alcove rooms” available at a special room
rate of $195.00 per night for our group.
These special rates are available from December 20th until
check out on January 7th and only for TAU EPSILON RHO LAW SOCIETY convention
registrants and their guests!!
The
HILTON SINGER ISLAND OCEANFRONT RESORT is an excellent facility with all
the amenities of a first class hotel located near beautiful
West Palm Beach
overlooking the
Atlantic Ocean
. Most of the resort's hotel rooms have balconies with Ocean Views and many also
have island views of the intra-coastal waterway.
The rooms feature private voice mail, in room coffee makers with
complimentary coffee, a refrigerator, hair dryer and in room movies. For the
business minded, guestrooms have computer data ports and a work desk with
ergonomically designed executive chairs. A business center is also located in
the lobby. One of the best restaurants on the island is located at this Hilton
resort and features fresh island ingredients prepared with a Caribbean flair.
Recreational amenities include a heated swimming pool, wide sandy beaches,
jogging trail and fitness center. Kid friendly activities include a children's
pool and a vacation station activities program. Golf, tennis and a variety of
water sports are available nearby. All Palm Beach area attractions are within an
easy drive of the hotel including the boutiques and galleries of City Place and
Worth Avenue and the nightlife of Clematis Street. The hotel provides a
complimentary shuttle to local shopping and dining spots. World-class service,

Included
in your $450.00 per couple ($225.00 for singles) ADVANCE REGISTRATION
FEE are the opening night dinner with exciting speaker; continental
breakfast with the two CLE sessions and business meeting; a closing dinner with
an entertaining program; and possibly a New Year’s Eve Reception held in our
hospitality suite. As always, the
hospitality suite will be open every night for snacks and informal

Our CLE Program this year will
be presented by Dean Edward L. Rubin from
Vanderbilt
University
Law
School
. Details concerning CLE Seminars will be available shortly and will be posted
at the TER website. We will be applying for six (6) hours of CLE accreditation
for these seminars in the states of Pennsylvania, Florida, New York, Ohio and
Illinois. Attendance and reporting fees for the CLE Seminars are included in the
convention registration fee. We will also be planning “out of hotel” events
similar to those of past conventions on an optional basis for convention
attendees. An interesting and
relevant keynote speaker will be featured at the opening dinner and live
entertainment will be presented at the closing dinner. Again,

The hotel cutoff date is NOVEMBER 19, 2008 and reservations made
after that date will be accepted by the hotel on a “space available basis.”

save money Pre-Register
for the convention by completing the enclosed early registration form and
sending it to the TAU EPSILON RHO National Office by November
19, 2008. The normal Convention Registration fee is $500.00 per
couple and will apply to all reservations received after that date.
