AIRFARE DISCOUNTS

Tau Epsilon Rho has negotiated discounted air fares to Grand Bahama Island for this year's Annual Meeting and Convention, offering a choice of carriers:

US AIRWAYS

Travel arrangements have been worked out with US Airways for discounted 
air fares for US Airways flights to the National Convention in Freeport, 
Grand Bahamas Island, this coming December. These discounted flights are 
under the US Airways Gold File Program which will give you a 10% 
discount off the lowest applicable fare if booked at least 60 days in 
advance and 5% off reservations less than 60 days in advance of the 
flight. To obtain these discounted air fares, which are available from 
December 24, 2004 through January 4, 2005, you must call the US Airways 
Group and Meeting Reservations Staff at (877) 874-7687 and provide them 
with our Gold File Number: 70683150. Reservations cannot be made on 
line under this plan. US Airways flies from many of the cities where our 
members reside and still has some direct, non-stop flights available to 
the Bahamas during the time of the convention. It is suggested you 
contact the US Airways Group and Meeting Reservations Staff as soon as 
possible and book your reservations while a selection of flights is 
still available.

AIR TRAN AIRWAYS

Travel arrangement have also been negotiated with Air Tran Airways for 
it's schedule of flights to Freeport, Grand Bahamas Island, for the 
period covered by the TER National Convention this December. To take 
advantage of these discounted air fares available only to TER members 
attending the National Convention, you must act quickly. Contact their 
EVENT SAVERS PROGRAM DESK @ 1-866-68EVENT (1-866-683-8368) AND PROVIDE 
THEM WITH OUR SPECIAL TER EVENT NUMBER: FPO122204. The cheapest seats 
will be the first to go so must must call now to book your reservations 
via Air Tran Airways.
